Project Architect – Minneapolis or Mankato, MN

We are seeking a Project Architect to join our award-wining design team in Minneapolis or Mankato, MN. We are looking for a creative and experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-end design solutions across diverse industries.

The Project Architect plays a critical role on project teams, assisting in the development of design work, leading the production of technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and other disciplines, and managing in-house construction administration. This position also involves client communication, supporting project managers, and ensuring code compliance and high-quality design standards throughout all project phases.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will hold a master’s degree in architecture, with professional registration preferred. Applicants should have a minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Architect in working in architecture or construction. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods, building systems, and site requirements is required, along with proficiency in Revit Architecture and Bluebeam. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.

Architectural Project Manager – Minneapolis or Mankato, MN

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join our award-winning design team in Minneapolis or Mankato, MN. We are looking for a creative and experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-end design solutions across diverse industries.

The Architectural Project Manager plays a critical role in leading projects from concept through construction. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating design and documentation, overseeing schedules and budgets, and ensuring quality and code compliance throughout all project phases. The ideal candidate will be confident leading teams, directing consultant coordination, and guiding the production of construction documents and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified candidates will hold a master’s degree in architecture with professional registration preferred. A minimum of eight years of experience as a project architect or project manager in architecture or construction is required. Applicants should have strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods and building systems, along with proficiency in Revit Architecture and Bluebeam.
