Overview

The client requested a building that aided in marketing their unique clothing line. We delivered an iconic, elevated design that draws attention and reaffirms the exceptional quality of the products for sale.

After purchasing the existing 5,000 SF building from a local retailer, Brunton Architects went to work on the design of a new exterior facade, building addition, and interior renovation that included a two-story entrance to maximize the display area and visibility of the clothing products. The monumental scale of the entrance addition and exterior renovation details all aid in grabbing the attention of passing patrons, and ensure Graif Clothing becomes a defining presence at the adjacent intersection.

The interior renovation included adding dressing rooms, removing interior columns, and the creation of a custom sales counter and clothing display fixtures. The facility’s warm, “industrial-chic” atmosphere, ample floor space, large window display areas, and high-end finishes perfectly compliment the high-quality clothing sold by this retailer.
