Live Fit Sport & Wellness Center Renovation

The Live Fit Sport and Wellness Center is a tenant build-out project of a once abandoned big-box store. The renovation completely transformed this neglected property, repurposing it into a cutting-edge multi-disciplinary fitness facility that will serve the community for years to come.

The renovation included many necessary upgrades to bring the facility up to the current building codes and to meet the open concept desired by the new tenant. Brunton Architects designed steel column and beam modifications to provide clearance requirements, recessed areas in the concrete floor structure to allow for adequate ceiling heights in the gymnastics area, extensive flooring repairs and remediation, and upgrading the existing mechanical systems to accommodate the change in occupancy of the structure. 

The fitness facility also includes an indoor walking track, an indoor turf area, basketball hoops, private classrooms and training areas, golf simulators, saunas, offices, a staff lounge, a chiropractic clinic and massage spaces, and a 6,000 square-foot gymnastics gym with its own private entrance.
