7 West TapHouse commissioned Brunton Architects to bring their Midwestern restaurant franchise to Mankato, MN with an all-new facility.
The project required razing an abandoned property to make way for the new structure. Its industrial design incorporates brick with ornamental detailing, steel accents and extensive glazing. The interior was thoughtfully planned with a detail-rich design that creates a welcoming environment while emphasizing one of the restaurant’s biggest claims to fame - more than 50 craft beers on tap.
The 3,800 SF facility includes both table and booth seating for patrons, an office for restaurant management, and a full-service kitchen.
