Commerce Drive Dental Clinic

The Commerce Drive Dental Clinic was designed to be a spacious, welcoming, and memorable upgrade over the Lor-Ray Drive Dental Group’s previous North Mankato facility.

The clients requested an inviting ‘north woods style’ design that reflected their individual tastes and appreciation for Minnesota’s natural beauty. The exterior features a prominent gabled entrance accentuated by Kasota Stone and heavy timber supports. Long overhangs and shading trellises were designed to help shield the large windows from glare while still admitting abundant natural lighting. The building’s grand Dutch hip dormers further contribute to this goal, and help distribute the light throughout the building’s interior.

The facility is equipped with a spacious reception and waiting area, 14 treatment rooms, a sterilization area, a lab, private offices, and state-of-the-art dental equipment. Dedicated employee facilities include a locker room, restrooms, and showers.
