Vine Adult Community Center Renovation

As membership has increased, the VINE Adult Community Center needed a renovation of key exterior spaces as well as refreshed interior spaces. Parking was the facility’s greatest constraint, prompting a reconfiguration and expansion of the parking lot to maximize on-site capacity, with a strong emphasis on accessible parking. A new detached canopy was introduced to define the main entrance and provide a covered drop-off area during inclement weather. The vestibule was also expanded to increase lobby space and incorporate motion-activated doors, improving accessibility for members with mobility challenges while reducing exposure to outdoor elements.

Interior improvements focused on enhancing circulation and creating welcoming spaces that support social interaction and community building. The expanded lobby now includes dedicated areas for gathering, while renovations to the fitness area and adjacent locker rooms, along with the addition of a cardio studio and a peaceful movement studio, reflect VINE’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its members. The renovation scope implemented a new interior brand standard, utilizing high-performance finishes to establish a timeless and welcoming aesthetic throughout the facility while seamlessly blending new spaces with the existing.
