One of the busiest intersections in Mankato, MN sought an all-new retail center. Brunton Architects answered the call with an inviting, energy efficient design that supports a variety of commercial ventures with bright, flexible spaces.

The unique, contemporary structure houses both active restaurants and offices. The building’s exterior features simulated masonry stone wainscoting and accents, and EIFS wall finishes that provide both excellent energy efficiency and vibrant color.

Extensive windows throughout the complex provide abundant illumination for the large storefronts. They also create enticing sight lines for the thousands of vehicles that pass by the strip mall daily.
