Victoria City Hall
The Victoria City Hall features stonework and a two-story glass entry to compliment downtown Victoria’s streetscape.
Overview
Brunton Architects worked closely with the City of Victoria in the development of their new City Hall facility. The city’s existing facility had reached the end of its useful life and a new two-story building was designed to utilize property that the city acquired on the south shore of Stieger Lake. The new city hall features council chambers, administrative offices, and a branch of the Carver County library. The new location serves as a prominent gateway to Victoria’s downtown and provides an updated look while preserving the small-town charm. The modern design features stone and abundant glazing to provide natural daylighting inside the building.
