The Havenwood Senior Living Facility is a welcoming environment for all, designed to make residents and staff comfortable in a safe, effectively monitored space. 

The exterior of the 114,000 SF, three-story structure creates a warm and inviting appeal with synthetic stone and engineered wood siding. Exterior parking is augmented by additional underground parking.

Key features of the design include 30 memory care units conveniently situated on the main level, and 58 assisted and independent living units on the second and third floors. The facility also features numerous amenities including a large dining area, lounge areas, a fitness area, a craft room, a community room, chapel, a theater, a salon, a commercial kitchen, offices, and a variety of support spaces for staff.
