Overview
Brunton provided a feasibility study for the City of Blue Earth to determine the cost of providing accessibility and security updates to their current city hall building. Upon reviewing the costs and limitations to modify their existing building, the City purchased a former bank to renovate as the new city hall. Brunton’s interior design team reimagined the entire building into a functional, aesthetically pleasing space. The 5,600 SF first level was transformed into administrative offices and council chambers. Security and access control were the primary focus of the design team, providing secure private spaces along with a modern public serving entrance that welcomes residents as they enter.
