Overview
The 1580 Madison Avenue project featured a comprehensive remodel of the Frandsen Bank and Trust building. This included an exterior and interior transformation of the bank itself, plus the creation of additional tenant space.
The new facade combines multiple materials and textures, projecting modernity and a welcoming atmosphere. New, fully ADA accessible entrances were added, and the existing teller drive-up windows were removed and relocated to take better advantage of the site. The interior makes ample use of curved lines, fostering a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.
New tenant space was also developed for the QSR/fast casual tenants Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels.
