White Shield Twin Homes

The White Shield Twin Homes were developed as part of a larger master plan and aimed at reducing a local housing shortage for mid-sized families. Construction of the first three model homes started in May 2023, with the rest starting construction after purchase.

Three unique townhome designs were developed, in partnership with a local developer. They feature customizable interior and exterior finishes, with each of the finish palette options catering to a distinct style. This customization allows owners to make their new space immediately feel like home. 

The individual twin homes will each be approximately 2,600 square-feet. All floor plans include a two-stall garage, three bedrooms, two baths, laundry, an outdoor patio, and an open concept living/dining area.
