Mandaree Assisted Living

Mandaree Assisted Living is an integral part of the MHA Nation West Segment Wellness Campus. Designed with the strength and wisdom of the elders at heart, the facility creates meaningful opportunities for intergenerational connection; preserving traditions, stories, and culture for future generations.

The groundbreaking ceremony included a blessing of the land by tribal elders and a drum circle. The project is currently under construction.

The facility’s design features a connection to the adjacent activity center and clinic via both breezeway and tunnel, ensuring year-round convenience and accessibility. Warm natural materials including wood and stone reflect the enduring spirit of the community while creating a welcoming, home-like environment. Inside, residents enjoy convenient access to a variety of amenities, including a dining room, lounge, library, salon, chapel, sunroom, party/craft room, and an outdoor amphitheater. The first floor features 20 assisted living units, while the second floor provides 20 apartment units for traveling medical professionals.
