Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, design team, authorities having jurisdiction, and associated organizations.
  • Lead the project from conceptualization and schematic design through construction documentation and administration.
  • Oversee project schedule to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Research and coordinate materials and products for project specifications
  • Implement all local, state and federal building codes into constructable designs according to architectural standards of practice

Qualifications:

  • Five-year Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Professional Registration is preferred
  • 5 -10 years of project architect experience within the architecture and construction field
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
  • Proficient in current version of Revit Architecture
  • Experience with Autocad, Bluebeam, SpecLink/eSpecs or other specification writing software – preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor technical staff and work closely with other project team members to coordinate all construction documentation for the project
  • Perform drafting on projects of any complexity without supervision
  • Review and integrate engineering drawings into the architectural construction drawings on assigned projects
  • Establish, document, and ensure compliance of company standards for Revit modeling & drafting
  • Create and modify Revit families as needed for specific projects
  • Assist in organization and management of Revit Library and Template

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related field
  • Knowledge of the architectural design practice and the construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate others and work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to schedule, prioritize, and ensure completion and accuracy of assigned tasks without supervision
  • Must have 7+ years of working experience within Revit.
  • Experience with Enscape or other rendering software – preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor electrical engineering team and technicians in creation of design documents
  • Work with architecture and interior design teams to fully integrate lighting into high-end, innovative design solutions
  • Undertake and deliver high quality detailed engineering design for electrical building services and power distribution systems, including calculations, analysis, schematics, drawings, diagrams, models, specifications and other documents required
  • Review and management of project from conceptualization to construction administration phases

Qualifications:

  • Professional Registered Engineer with the ability to achieve registration in multiple jurisdictions, as required by project load
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant codes/standards, regulations, guides and good practices
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a building design engineering capacity
  • Experience of being Lead Electrical Engineer for more than one project – Required involvement from Concept to Construction – Involved in Construction Administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and works well in a team setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engineering design of mechanical and plumbing systems including load calculations, ventilation calculations, equipment selection, air distribution systems, plumbing systems, etc.
  • Prepares complete and comprehensive plans, schedules, and details utilizing Revit software for the mechanical construction documents under the guidance of the Director of Mechanical Engineering/Senior Mechanical Engineer. Coordinates the mechanical Revit model with each discipline for a complete and coordinated 3-D model and 2-D drawing deliverable as required at each phase of the project
  • Maintains frequent communication with the mechanical engineering staff on assigned projects, as well as the other team members from architecture and interior design relative to the activities on assigned projects. Confers openly and directly in a respectful and professional manner with all colleagues to develop, clarify and resolve innovative design solutions across all disciplines
  • Reviews and approves contractor submittals, responds to RFI’s, and provides necessary support for the mechanical discipline on projects during construction administration phase

Qualifications:

  • B.S in Mechanical Engineering, an EIT or PE License
  • Ideal candidate has experience with A/E building design phases including Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA)
  • Proven ability to design HVAC and plumbing systems and demonstrate rationale behind proposals
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site meetings and field verification via company plane (no overnight travel)
  • Experience with Revit – proficiency required
  • Experience with SpecLink, eSpecs, or other specification writing software – preferred
  • Experience with Bluebeam and Trace 700 – preferred

  • Collecting initial drawings, calculations and design ideas from engineering team and combine all relevant data into initial design models for review and modification
  • Creating construction documents of mechanical, piping, plumbing and control systems for new buildings and remodels
  • Continually develop and maintain an understanding of construction processes and construction documentation
  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers both internally and externally to define space requirements for mechanical and plumbing systems and layout those systems while blending into the architecture of the building and integrate seamlessly into high-end design solutions

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in CAD design or equivalent
  • 3+ Years experience in designing HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Actively demonstrate initiative and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site meetings and field verification via company plane (no overnight travel)
  • Experience with Revit – proficiency required
  • Experience with SpecLink, eSpecs, or other specification writing software – preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in programming and planning efforts in tandem with the architectural team to develop schematic space planning and adjacency requirements.
  • Create project designs from conceptualization and schematic design through construction documentation and administration.
  • Research and coordinate materials and products for project related drawings and specifications.
  • Produce specifications and technical construction drawings including finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, and interior details while ensuring coordination with architectural and engineering details.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and assume interior related construction administration duties on projects.
  • Implement all local, state, and federal applicable building codes and Americans with Disabilities Act codes and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent.
  • Pursuant NCIDQ certification is preferred.
  • 3 years of commercial interior design experience is preferred.
  • Strong creative design and drawing/graphic skills, capacity for conceptual design thinking, and 3D design/modeling ability.
  • Strong oral design presentation skills are needed to communicate with clients.
  • Proficient in current version of Revit Architecture and Adobe Creative Suite.
