This highly detailed financial office building includes more than 7,000 s.f. and is designed in prairie-style. The building boasts large conference rooms, multiple private offices, a reception and lobby space with large skylights, break room, and a trellis covered exterior patio/grill area.

Later, an addition was added to expand the business operations space in the building. Included with the addition project was an expanded entertainment patio to host large outdoor social gatherings with clients and includes outdoor bar area, TV screens, fireplace, benches, outdoor cooking areas, and garden walk areas.
