Overview
Palmer Bus Service has been providing transportation services to the Mankato community since 1996, safely transporting approximately 2,230 students daily. Due to the increasing space needs in North Mankato, the company hired Brunton Architects to design a new 62,900 square-foot facility. The building includes offices, meeting rooms, a wash bay, mechanical shop, body shop, storage areas, a drive-through paint booth with preparation and finishing areas, and a 40,000 square-foot unheated bus garage. The efficiently designed new facility allowed the company to consolidate all their various operations into one building.
