Project Location – Savage, Minnesota
The Savage Strip Mall underwent a two-phase build. Corey Brunton designed Phase I while employed with I&S, and Phase II with the Brunton Architect and Engineering Team. Phase II consisted on a new 10,000-sf five tenant building. The goal was to create a campus feel in conjunction with the original building. Its exterior was finished with EIFS, tile accents, bricks, and aluminum canopy structures covered in fabric. Emergent Health, a Savage Strip Mall building tenant, brought the team on board for the interior build out for their 1,500-sf chiropractic space.
