Project Location - Owatonna, Minnesota
This custom designed Mexican restaurant is a great example of the many architectural styles that Brunton Architects & Engineers can offer clients who are looking for a new and fresh look to complement their new businesses. The restaurant includes a large dining area, multiple concierge stations, waitress stations, full custom designed bar, commercial kitchen, walk-in coolers, large waiting areas, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, party rooms, green rooms for bands and full band platforms for live performances. The 8,300 sf wood framed building features stone, EIFS, and brick veneer finishes while incorporating steel terra cotta roofing panels to simulate real clay tile roofs. Arched windows and colonnades help mimic the Spanish architectural details required for the Plaza Morena Mexican Restaurant/Campestre Grill.
