Belgrade Business Center

The Belgrade Business Center (BBC) building is a 22,000 sf mixed use building housing main floor office and retail tenants and second level (1,2,& 3 BR) high end apartments for lease. The existing Jack and Jill building, as many of the local residents know the building, will undergo addition of a second floor, a major exterior renovation, and new finishes throughout. This project is cited to be completed in the Fall of 2012.
