This 7,600 sf retail strip mall building was designed to compliment the existing adjacent building, Ray's Market, located in North Mankato, off Commerce Drive. Four separate entrance systems and multiple glass storefront systems allow great flexibility for this very affordable building design. Constructed of wood roof trusses, wood stud walls, rubber roof, EIFS (stucco), brick, Mankato Kasota stone, and aluminum storefront systems this building with it's accent cornices and decorative canopies is a great compliment to the area.
