This unique, yet highly contemporary, building design was developed for Nelson Building and Development, a Buffalo based general contractor, for use as their new corporate headquarters building. The 12,000 sf wood framed building features brick masonry, Vetter stone from Mankato, metal siding, and two color window systems and glazing to help deliver the message that NBD holds both design and construction in very high regard. This message of "high-design" and "affordable construction methods" are both equally depicted in this building design. Perimeter private offices, reception area, conference rooms, break room, training rooms, and storage spaces are all accommodated within this building. The interior of the building boasts stone, metal, and wood accents to help blend the interior and the exterior of the building together for a more cohesive building design. The Nelson Headquarters Building is seeking LEED certification (gold level) and we feel will compliment the surrounding Buffalo community well. |
