Once the old Mankato Furniture Outlet store, now proposed as the new Mankato Design Center, this 49,000 sf building will undergo a major overhaul. The end result, as depicted in the computer renderings, will house retail business whom cater to the residential and commercial design and building trades. This building will facilitate a "one-stop-shop" experience for designing, furnishing, and finishing out your new home or construction project. The building is proposed to feature stone, brick, stucco, shake style shingles, various moldings, and heavy timber wood accents on its exterior.
